Joseph Stapleton

Joe Stapleton brings over 30 years of experience in the New York City commercial construction industry. At 303 Construction, Joe is focused on the company’s strategic growth, staff oversight and client/industry partner relations. His numbers acumen and expertise managing complex, time-sensitive projects, as well as developing the team around him has been critical to the company’s success.

Robert Connelly

Robert Connelly is an estimator by trade, backed by 20 years of construction experience. In his role at 303, he reviews the needs for all projects with budget and deliver deadlines in mind. He coordinatesproject management and estimating teams ensure jobsite efficiency and productivity. He also directs advanced systems for project management, insurance, risk, health and safety, billing, collections and project closeout.
